The Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy, featuring Director of Instruction Sam Foley, can help you fully capitalize on “business golf.” By selecting Brickyard Crossing as your company’s primary business golf resource, you will have access to our instructional and corporate golf event services. To help you enjoy maximum value from business golf, the Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy offers the following services:

Individual Instruction – Personal attention is always available for your executives and clients at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy. The high-technology aspects of the Academy’s Future Golf Swing Training System will impress any client. Whether a student is a beginner trying to build a swing, or a skilled player making minor improvements, it will be a memorable instructional experience.
Price: $50-$995.

Playing Lessons – This experience gives the participant an opportunity to play golf and learn “on-course” strategies with a professional. It is one of the most popular instructional services offered by the Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy Professionals.
Price: $150-$250.

Golf Plus – Your clients will enjoy an 18 hole golfing experience on the famous Pete Dye designed Brickyard Crossing – “Plus” – the added benefit of professional expertise prior to the round. A one-hour, hands on instructional clinic will start the day off right.
Price: $499 per foursome.

Introduction to Golf Seminars – This program, concentrated more often in an indoor setting, features Sam Foley, Academy Director of Instruction. Using a seminar format, we can help novices to quickly learn the rules, etiquette and “language” of golf. This service can enhance any golf outing, or any business meeting.
Price: $150.

Private Golf School – Our most popular service. The private golf school can be a one or two-day program for corporate clients, employees, or vendors. The service includes at least four hours of instruction per day, video analysis, instruction in all aspects of the game, lunch at the Brickyard, various gifts, plus an 18-hole on-course-playing lesson with your teaching professional.
Price: $300 per golfer.

Invitational Golf Tournament – This is a great way to host your own tournament for as many as 144 players and is a proven way to generate a positive and enjoyable experience shared by your firm’s executives and VIP guests. The Brickyard Crossing Staff will handle all the logistics of this high-visibility, high-impact event on a turnkey basis.
Price: $135 per golfer.

Corporate Sponsorship of the Swing Training – This program can be used as a unique and memorable “VIP amenity” at corporate events, golf outings, and professional tournaments. The Future Golf Hi-Tech Computer and Video Swing Training System is mobile, can be used outdoors or indoors, and has been operated successfully in hotel conference rooms, lobbies, etc.
Price: $1000, plus expenses.

Tournament Instructional Services
With any event at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course, the Academy staff is readily available for various services. All of the options are intended to enhance the golfing experience and adds value to corporate golf events. Some of the possibilities are:

“Tournament Coverage” ~ On-Course Video – This program is intended to add fun to the outing by providing video footage and a “highlight reel” for the participants to watch after the outing has completed. The academy staff will travel around the golf course and capture events as they occur from the various foursomes.
Price: 5 hours - $500.

Pre-Round Clinic – This is a service available for any golf outing and involves hands on learning for the participants. This clinic will offer the golfers a better understanding of ball flight principles as well as “cause/effect” relationships surrounding almost any shot in the game. This session can last up to two hours prior to teeing off and offers a personable learning experience to start off the day.
Price: $100 per Instructor/Hr.

Pre-Round Exhibition – This is an option available where the Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy Staff will provide a fun and informative exhibition format. Outing participants will be amazed at the creative shot making abilities and “trick-shots” of the talented academy professionals.
Price: One Hour - $150.

Video Analysis and Videotape Giveaway – During the round each participant will get his/her swing analyzed during the normal course of play. The Academy’s hi-tech video system will utilize a telestrator and slow motion replay to demonstrate correct and incorrect swing mechanics. The Pro’s voice over a commentary is captured on the tape that they take home to review. This is a unique service that gets rave reviews. Each tape will have the sponsors name and logo on the tape label. The sponsor can even add a commercial message dubbed onto each tape. An additional service is to have the professional staff present after the round to offer individual tips using the video technology.
Price: 5 hours - $500 plus $10 per player.

Your Company’s Own Golf Academy – During the tournament, those wanting to learn to golf or improve their games can participate in a golf school designed especially for them. Many clients will appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve in a private group setting more than actually playing. This is a great service and is ability friendly, age friendly, and a gender friendly learning experience conducted in a private teaching area of the Brickyard Golf Academy. Another consideration is the time constraints in that a three-hour golf school might fit better into a client’s schedule than a five hour round of golf.
Price: $100 per student for a 3-hour class.

Junior Academy

There will be 3 basic programs for juniors to choose from during the summer of 2001:

Junior Pro-gram – This program will involve 3 hours of instruction per day for the participants under the careful eye of Director of Instruction, Sam Foley; Associate Teaching Professional, Brian Doak; and the ever-watchful video camera. The targeted students will range from 7-12 years old and the program will have an emphasis on basic mechanics, fundamentals, rules, and fun. Each student will compete in various skill sets ranging from putting, to chipping, to pitching and sand shots as well as full swing mechanics – all tested with accuracy contests. There will be limited course time with the emphasis being on rules and “on-course behavior.”
Price = $150/week.

Prep Academy – This program will be more extensive for the Junior High/High School athlete looking to better his/her skills to reach their next level. Golfers ranging from age 13-18 are the targeted students. Each day will include 3 hours of instructional work along with golf to provide a complete instructional experience. There will be various competitions for the students measuring skill levels and improvement throughout the academy. The emphasis will be on continued improvement and understanding of the game to improve their performance and enjoyment.
Price = $450/week.

Tournament Player’s Program – This program is for the serious High School or Collegiate age players looking to dedicate themselves to better scores. Ages 15-21 are welcome, while this program will incorporate 4 nights and 4 full days of golfing experience. Campers will stay at the Brickyard Crossing Resort & Inn, receive a minimum of 4 hours instruction each day, compete in a 72 hole golf tournament, attend nightly rules/video seminars, participate in round-table discussions, and attend a Banquette Dinner provided by the Academy. This is an excellent way for young students of the game to expand their golfing knowledge, enhance their skill level, and have a wonderful week of fun!
Price = $995/week.

In connection with the Academy’s mission, to help golfers of any skill levels enhance their enjoyment of the game, the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course is proud to announce its alignment with the [Company Name] Club. The relationship between the two has been exceptional in the past and the staff of the Brickyard is excited to help the [Company Name] members advance their golfing abilities. The Brickyard Crossing Golf Academy is providing various programs and events just for those members of the [Company Name] Club. The exclusive programs will include:

[Company Name] Clinic Series – Starting Tuesday, June 5th at 5:00 we will begin a series of one-hour [Company Name] golf clinics. Space will be reserved for up to 10 golfers and it will run for 4 consecutive weeks. The second 4-week clinic will begin on July 10th. Basic instruction on the philosophies of golf, basic mechanics, “cause/effect” relationships, and ball flight principles will be included in the series. Further instruction around the greens will be included and each participant will walk away from the experience with a more in-depth understanding of the game.
Price = $100.

[Company Name] Golf Schools – Full swing lessons with both woods and irons complete with video analysis start off the day. Sessions on all facets of the short game, pitching, chipping, sand, and putting techniques will also be covered. After a break for lunch in the Brickyard restaurant, instruction will continue on the famed Pete Dye designed golf course. In the afternoon playing lessons with the pros will ensure that the students take what was learned on the practice tee and apply it on the golf course.
Price = $275/person.

Private Instructional [Company Name] Sessions – Individual sessions are available for any of the [Company Name] members wanting to enhance their game. The personal instruction can be customized and catered to the individual needs of the student and is an exceptional way for continued improvement. The lessons can be purchased as individual sessions, or in a special buy 5, get 6 package. Depending on length of session and instructor, price ranges from $40 per ½ hour to $95 per hour.
