Golf Outing Instructional Services

By choosing one of our instructional services, you can really differentiate your golf event. Your VIP golfers will appreciate the extra added value features. Our experienced professional staff offers the following services that are sure to enhance outings of any size.

Pre-Round Clinic
This service involves hands-on training for the participants. Our professionals will interact with the golfers prior to teeing off and will offer tips, demonstrate various shots and provide drills for specific flaws. A pro can be available for putting, chipping, sand or full swing tips. The session can last up to two hours prior to teeing off.
Price: $100 per Instructor/Hr

Pre-Round Exhibition
A Brickyard Crossing Pro will provide a fun and informative exhibition prior to the round. Outing participants will be amazed at the creative shot-making abilities and "trick shots" of the pros. This highly interactive exhibition is sure to educate and entertain.
Price: One Hour - $150

Visual Tournament Coverage
This program is intended to add additional post-round fun by providing visual footage of the event. This "highlight reel" will be for the participants to watch after the outing has completed. Our staff will capture and edit footage throughout the event to project on a screen before, during and after the awards reception.
Price: $500 for still images and $1000 for video footage

Digital Video Swing Analysis
Each participant will have their swing captured with digital video equipment during the normal course of play. Within five days, each player will receive a video file via email, complete with professional analysis and commentary.
Price: $15 per player

Outing Golf School
Quite often, there are dozens of employees, clients and vendors who would like to be part of the golf outing but are left out. Perhaps they didn't feel their skill level was sufficient or they are new to the game. To include this group, we offer the Outing Golf School, which is conducted concurrently during tournament play. Participants can learn and improve and still enjoy the networking and customer relations benefits before, during and after the tournament.
Price: $100 per Student

Drivers Club
To play unlimited golf at one of America's Top 100 courses on a daily basis is the dream of many a golfer. You will also receive unlimited cart and practice privileges, a locker and preferred rates on Golf Shop merchandise.
$3,300 includes Men's Club membership

Men's Club
The Brickyard Crossing Men's Club has been an integral part of the success of the
golf operation. Privileges include reduced green fees, monthly tournaments and the annual Club Championship.
$300 initiation fee (year one only)
$125 annual dues
$70 green fees (vs. $90 regular rate)

Ladies Club
The Brickyard Crossing Ladies Club has a long history at the Speedway.
The ladies meet for their event once per month in season.
$30 initiation fee
$70 green fee

Corporate Membership
The Corporate Membership is a great alternative to a country club membership.
Executives enjoy the impression the golf experience leaves on their clients and potential clients. This membership targets those companies that have a strong golf culture and value the business golf experience.
$25,000 for six designated executives (includes guest fees)
