The Brickyard Crossing Corporate Golf Championship
Rules and Regulations

Two Person team per corporate entry. One Alternate allowed per company.
Team members and Alternate must be fulltime employees of the Company.
Tournament begins Saturday April 28 followed by 2nd Round May 5th. Subsequent matches must be completed by assigned dates or be forfeited.
Opening round tee times will be assigned at the pairings party on April 19th at the Brickyard Crossing.
Amateurs only. All handicaps must be USGA certified with GHIN #.
Double-elimination event with a one net best ball format with full handicap.
First Prize includes:
Company’s name will appear on the championship trophy; 2 Drivers Club membership at the Brickyard Crossing for 12 months, Picture and listing of Company Team members name in the Indianapolis Business Journal, VIP experience at the 2007 All State 400 at the Brickyard as guests of IMS. (4) Four VIP passes to the PGA Tours 2007 Bridgestone Invitational at the World Golf Championship in Akron, Ohio.
All companies must sign a Liability Release Form and Use of Image/Likeness agreement prior to participating in this event.
USGA rules apply. The Brickyard Crossing reserves the right to make changes or add any rules at its own discretion.
Entry deadline is April 25th, 2007.
Entries are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis with paid entry fee.
The entry fee is $1,000 per Team. All checks payable to: Brickyard Crossing.
All credit card fees will be processed by Brickyard Crossing.
